- How can I order?
- In principle, we recommend you order through a dealer. He will
assist you in your choice of suit, suitable options and in taking
correct measurements. Naturally you can also order direct –
either way, the price stays the same.
Ordering direct:
Using the  Designer,
you can style and order your RW, or freefly clothing directly
on your computer monitor.
Other ordering options:
- Per Fax or Post – simply download, fill out and send us
the respective PDF
order form.

- Can
I order my special design?
- Yes; simply hand draw a sketch on the order form, or attach
one to it and send it to us. Fax,
Adress We will then prepare a cost estimate for the design.
- What delivery
time can I expect?
- Depending on our current order situation, delivery times can
vary between 4 and approx. 10 weeks, (plus the duration of the
shipping service outside of Germany).
As an option, we offer a rush order service against an additional
charge of 50 EUR. The delivery time is reduced by about half,
(approx. 3 weeks). Please ask about each rush order respectively.
- How high are
the shipping charges?
- The shipping and packaging charges for deliveries are as follows:
- inside Germany: Shipping weight up to
5 kg (eg: 1-4 Suits) 7,00 EUR
10 kg (eg: up to 8 Suits) 9,00 EUR
plus COD charges: 5,60 EUR
- inside EU countries: Shipping weight up to
5 kg (eg: 1-4 Suits) 17,50 EUR (Portugal + 2,50 EUR)
10 kg (eg: up to 8 Suits) 21,50 EUR (Portugal + 2,50 EUR)
These prices are valid for the EU, Switzerland, Norway.
Prices for other non-european countries: dependant on the tarif
zone; please ask.
If things need to move fast, we also dispatch via UPS Express.
- What payment options do
I have?
- All deliveries inside Germany are shipped C.O.D., which means
the payment is made to the "postman" on receipt of the
delivery. For all other countries, we request payment in advance
by money transfer, or payment with a credit card. We accept Master
and Visa cards.
Payments by Credit Card will be processed via  PayPal e-banking system. For this secure and easy service we will charge a 4% handling fee extra. If your transaction involves a currency conversion, we will charge a 2,5% spread above the wholesale amount.
- Is there a guarantee?
- The skydiving clothing produced by rainbow design are processed
meticulously and are subject to strict quality controls. Nevertheless,
should a product give cause for complaint, faults should be notified
to us without delay upon receipt of the goods.
During a 24 month warranty period after delivery,
we will rectify any processing and/or production defects
free of charge. Signs of wear and tear, e.g., material abrasion
due to landings, packing etc. are exempted.
- What is a rush order?
- When you need to have your new jump suit delivered in a hurry:
We offer a "Rush Order" service against an additional
charge of 50 EUR. The delivery time is reduced by about half and
is only available on request.
