FAQ regarding our products

I am a novice. Which is the right suit for me?
There are many different possibilities/variations, depending on the skydiving discipline and level of experience. Here it is helpful to consult one of our dealers, or ourselves directly.Zum Seitenanfang
How can I order?
In principle, we recommend you order through a dealer. He will assist you in your choice of suit, suitable options and in taking correct measurements. Naturally you can also order direct – either way, the price stays the same.

Ordering direct:
Using the Designer, you can style and order your RW, or freefly clothing directly on your computer monitor.

Other ordering options:
- Per Fax or Post – simply download, fill out and send us the respective PDF order form.

Can I order my special design?
Yes; simply hand draw a sketch on the order form, or attach one to it and send it to us. Fax, Address We will then prepare a cost estimate for the design.Zum Seitenanfang
How should I take measurements so that my suit has a loose fit?
Please take your body measurements over the clothes you want to wear under your suit as authentically as possible - without any additions. Then you only need to cross “loose fit” on the form and we do the rest.Zum Seitenanfang
What are slip-on arm sleeves?
Slip-on arm sleeves are pull over polycotton sleeves to put on over tight fitting spandex lower arms and used to slow the rate of fall, or to help one adapt when first jumping a suit with spandex lower arms. A noticeable increase in pressure on the lower arm is achieved. They are attached to the arms at the elbows with press-studs.Zum Seitenanfang
What are swoop cords?
Swoop cords are hand loops, which enable the jumper to tension the generously dimensioned material in the upper body area like a wing – for heavy jumpers! Swoop cords are not an option on tight fitting suits. They run along the insides of the arms and are adjustable at the attachment points.Zum Seitenanfang
How should I wash my suit?
Suits with white parts in them should only be washed cold with mild detergent. Dark coloured suits at max. 40° C with mild detergent. Please don’t clean with chemicals, don’t spin or iron. Remove the suit from the washing machine as soon as the wash cycle is finished and hang out wet to dry. Do not tumble dry. Wring out excess water from soft grips.Zum Seitenanfang
What is a Rush Order?
When you need to have your new jump suit delivered in a hurry: We offer a “Rush Order” service against an additional charge of 50 EUR. The delivery time is reduced by about half and is only available on request.Zum Seitenanfang
